The centerpiece is the black horse with ID 4493c01pb02. Technically speaking, this piece is a product of the transitional phase between 2010 and 2012. It offers the perfect combination of stability and dynamism: thanks to the friction joint, the neck can be tilted smoothly—ideal for depicting the animal grazing or drinking. The hind legs, however, are still solidly molded, just like on the very old classics. This is a major advantage for you if you use heavy knight’s saddlecloths or carriages, because the horse won’t buckle backward.
The reddish-brown printing on the bridle is precisely applied to the black ABS plastic. We’ll also include a feed pack: four apples in red and green, plus two two-piece carrots. For your medieval or farm-themed MOCs, this set is a useful upgrade, since LEGO no longer produces this specific form with rigid legs and a movable neck.
